Our track record: Two winning presidential campaigns, 12 Senators, 75 members of Congress, 200,000+ voters surveyed and 27 million data points with our research partner Future Majority.

OUR MISSION
Build the Bench.
We’ll build the Democratic bench by working with emerging leaders in states across the country to make a difference in electoral outcomes up and down the ballot.
Extend the Ladder.
Young people, women and people of color--whether they have political ambitions themselves or want to work to elect the next generation of leaders-are our priority.
Expand the Electorate.
The Democratic coalition necessary to win must engage and mobilize the most rapidly growing and influential voter blocs to win: Gen Z and Millennials, people of color, and women.
